REDONDO HOUSEThis project was a complete gut job and redesign/build on a 60’s modern ranch house in East Austin. I designed the kitchen and bathroom and removed two large sections of wall, replacing them with new hidden, supporting cross beams to open up the house. I also sourced out a really unique and cost-effective epoxy resin flooring solution to deal with very rough and uneven concrete floors -and it is smooth and hard as steel!
